The mission of the West Point Junior Black Knights is to promote the long-term growth of youth ice hockey players through administering both a developmental and competitive hockey program serving the entire West Point area.
Our purpose is to provide our young athletes the opportunity to participate and develop in a positive hockey environment by offering high quality coaching with a focus on skill development, and give exposure to advanced competition through participation in high caliber games and tournaments.
We also look to develop character, sportsmanship, and physical fitness by conducting our amateur hockey program consistent with the rules and regulations of the New York State Hockey Association (NYSAHA) and USA Hockey.
Playing hockey with JBK requires players to exhibit a strong work ethic, commitment and sportsmanship as we strive to develop excellent hockey players of good character.
