Who Are We?

The Jr. Black Knights are a non-profit organization providing youth hockey programs for children through age 18, in the West Point, NY area.  We aim to serve first the children of active duty military families of any branch (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard) by providing them a competitive youth hockey experience. 

Our Mission

• To develop character, sportsmanship, and physical fitness among the youth of the West Point area.
• To promote, encourage and improve the standard of amateur ice hockey.
• To associate with other ice hockey organizations.
• To conduct an amateur hockey program consistent with the rules and regulations of the New York State Hockey Association (NYSAHA) and USA Hockey.
• To participate in other activities that will aid in reaching these objectives.

League Play

All JBK teams participate in a USA Hockey sanctioned league. West Point JBK is a member of the Hudson Valley Hockey League (HVHL) and the Eastern Junior Elite  Prospects League (EJEPL).  Any JBK team not registered in a league will play an independent age appropriate schedule.
